What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, business or farm name, state, your role, the topic and company your message concerns, and the message itself. We also record the page you were on, the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), and the time of submission. Program enrollment and claim forms for the Colic Assurance Program are hosted by JotForm under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, we collect standard technical information about visits (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, referring site) through Google Analytics and any tags loaded by Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and route it to the right Creative Science company, representative or store.
- To send you information about our brands by email when you ask for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site performs.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are stored in Klaviyo, our customer relationship and email platform, and shared internally with the CIMA Animal Health company best placed to help you (for example Revival Animal Health for an order question). Site analytics are handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
To unsubscribe from email, use the link in any message. To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@creative.science or call 888-506-3039.
Security and retention
We use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards and keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our relationship, or as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
