Administered orally like a pill, the ALICAM capsule captures thousands of high-resolution images as it travels through the dog's gastrointestinal system. These images are stored directly on the device and later uploaded to a secure cloud platform for analysis.

Once the data is available, a board-certified veterinary specialist in GI disease reviews both the imagery and the patient's medical history. Based on this thorough evaluation, the specialist generates a detailed report with diagnostic findings and treatment recommendations tailored to the individual patient.

USB interface: This device utilizes a bidirectional optical link to download the images stored on ALICAM® to a desktop or laptop.
Software: ALICAM® software allows the viewer to view and interpret the images obtained downloaded from the capsule. The user can choose various viewing speeds and image display formats. Selected images are easily downloaded directly into a report template or onto the desktop.

Instructions: Step 1: The dog swallows the ALICAM capsule.
Step 2: As ALICAM travels through the GI tract, cameras take 360-degree, high-resolution images, detecting and recording areas of concern. The dog can be fully active, without restrictions.
Step 3: The ALICAM capsule is recovered, and images are downloaded by Infiniti Medical.
A Pre-Paid FedEx Label/Envelope is provided to send the device to a lab to process the images taken.
Step 4: A detailed medical report with treatment recommendations is prepared for the veterinarian.
