How to use BotuSemen Turbo: For cooled transport, semen should be refrigerated at 5 °C (41 °F). The minimum dilution rate for preserving sperm motility during storage is 2 parts extender to 1 part semen, aiming for a final sperm concentration of 30 to 50 million total sperm per mL.
For artificial insemination with fresh semen, dilute 1 part extender to 1 part semen (1:1; V:V). After semen dilution, wait 15 minutes to proceed with artificial insemination.
In case of samples requiring centrifugation before cooled transport, resuspend the sperm also between 30 to 50 million/ml. Suitable for stallions with low spermatic vigor and reinforcement breeding.
