Gel: Give 5 cc (5 mL) daily per 1,100 lbs of body weight. Quantity can be doubled for initial 7 days or prior to an event.
Liquid: Give 1/2 ounce (1 pump or 15 mL) daily per 1,100 pounds of body weight. Quantity can be doubled for initial 7 days or prior to an event.
Powder: Give 1 scoop (1/2 ounce) daily per 1,100 pounds of body weight. Upon desired effect, give 1 scoop (1/2 ounce) for maintenance every other day.
